Discription: This walnut library table is 96” X 40”. This customer came into my studio with a very definite idea of what he wanted. He brought in a card board cut-out of the profile of the leg style , knew he wanted it made of walnut, that he needed a shelf  underneath, that the top was to be 1 1/2” thick and that he wanted a quotation  about the joy of reading, carved into the aprons of the table. He uses the table in his library, to restore first addition books.
